You can collectā€Æyour order at our ā€ÆClick & Collect locationā€Æin theĀ Guinness StorehouseĀ RetailĀ StoreĀ locatedā€Æon the ground floorĀ 

1 Shop online:Ā simply addā€Æthe items to your shopping cart, choose "Pick up" as a delivery method and proceed to checkout as normalĀ 

2 Get Confirmation:Ā You will be sent a ReadyĀ to CollectĀ email to confirm your order is ready for collection

3Ā Ā Collect:Ā You can collect your orderā€ÆatĀ theĀ Engraving Station by the till areaĀ inĀ the RetailĀ StoreĀ on the Ground Floor.Ā You will need to bring your Order Confirmation emailĀ (either printed or on a phone/tablet).When you arriveĀ at the Guinness Storehouse, show your confirmation email to theĀ team at the front door.Ā From here you will be directed to theĀ Store.Ā Once insideĀ take the escalatorĀ to the atrium on the Ground FloorĀ and turn left into the Store.Ā The Engraving Station is on the Mezzanine floor of the Retail Store.Provide yourĀ name and confirmation email to a member of staffĀ at the engraving station.Your package will be given to you here and youĀ can then feel free to have a look around the Store

Ā Car Park

There is free parking at our visitor car park next to the old Hopstore on Crane Street.Ā Our visitor car park is 4 minutes walking distance from the Guinness Storehouse

Returns

The Guinness Storehouse team make sure that all the products listed on our website are in perfect condition before fulfilling your order. However we do understand you may change your mind or there may be an issue in transit with your purchase so we are providing aĀ ā€œReturn Labelā€ with allĀ our shipments.Ā To make a return, please keep in mind the following:

  • You must provide proof of purchase for example, a receipt and/or order number.
  • Once you have completed your return, you are responsible for keeping note of your tracking number.
  • Products must be returnedĀ within 30 days ofĀ your virtual experience.Ā 
  • Products must be unworn, unused and unwashed with all tags attached.

  • The reason for a refund or replacement
  • Please provide a photo of the defective or damaged item in original packaging

If opted for a replacement, we will deliver to you a brand new item and the shipping costs will be covered by us!
