Refund Policy

We offer refunds for all orders within 30 days from the original purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below. To initiate a refund, please contact us with detailed explanations of your request.

Eligibility for refund:

1. Non receipt of order:

If your order has not been delivered due to a shipping issue and you do no wish to recevie a replacement, you may request a refund. The refund may take up to 1 week to be processed as we will open an investigation with our shipping provider(s).

2. Damaged or defective items:

You are entitled to a refund if the item you received is damaged or defective, which includes but is not limited to:

  • Broken glassware or ceramics.
  • Faulty magnets.
  • Apparel and accessories with holes or damaged prints.

To process your refund you mast contact us within 30 days of receipt, providing your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage. This will assist us in verifying your claim and addressing the issue with our suppliers and logistics partners. 

Upon verification of the dame, our customer service team will arrange for the return of the item, at no cost to you. Please use the return label included in your shipment (refer to the Return Policy for more information). Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary, particularly for international transactions. 

3. Unwanted items:

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you may do so by returning the item at your own expense at the following address:

  • Guinness Storehouse Retail, St. James's Gate, Dublin 8, Ireland, D08 VF8H.

The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Use the return label provided or return the item directly to one of our stores.

Personalised products, swimwear, socks and underware, cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

4. Conditions and limitations. 

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. We are unable to process refunds to an alternative payment method.
