FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY

    • Your package is fulfilled the same day as your order (subject to change). *Please note this does not confirm same day dispatch. The estimated delivery time can vary from 3 to 5 working days depending on the service you select at the checkout and the destination. *Please note this will vary during the Christmas season and during main product launches.
  • HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?

    • You can get free shipping on all orders over €60 in the island of Ireland. Note, this may be subject to change. Any notification on free shipping will be displayed on the announcement bar at the very top of the website.
    • Free Shipping is not available outside the island of Ireland.
  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

    • You can track your order by clicking on the tracking number in the confirmation email you receive upon your order.

PICK UP IN STORE

  • WHAT IS PICK UP?

    • Click & Collect is a service that allows you to order one or more products online and pick up in our store.
  • CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED INSTEAD?

    • You can change your delivery method by emailing us at Guinnessgifts@diageo.com and requesting a shipment. If your order value meets the free shipping criteria, the shipping will be free of charge.
  • HOW DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?

    • Your order will be ready to pick up in the Guinness Storehouse at the ground floor. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready to pick up. Find detailed information here.
  • DO I PAY FOR THE PICKUP SERVICE?

    • We don't charge any extra fees for the Click & Collect service.
  • HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS READY TO PICK UP?

    • You are going to receive a "Ready to pick up" confirmation email containing all the necessary information needed to pick up your order. You will not be able to collect if you do not have a confirmation email with you. Please note - We will only hold your package for one month after the order is placed.
  • WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?

    • All you need to bring to collect your purchase is an order confirmation email with your name and order number visible. You can show your confirmation via mobile phone or with a hardcopy.
  • CAN SOMEBODY COLLECT ON MY BEHALF?

    • Yes. Make sure the person collecting the order has an order confirmation email.
  • IS THE GUINNESS STOREHOUSE ACCESSIBLE TO PEOPLE OF ALL ABILITIES? 

    • Yes, the Guinness Storehouse is fully accessible to those of all abilities.
    • There is access to our wheelchair entrance. Just ask a member of the team at the main entrance.
    • Once inside there is access to an elevator or escalator to the Ground Floor. In the Retail Store there is elevator access to the Engraving Point on the Mezzanine Floor.
    • If you or your party has any visual/hearing impairment or any accessibility impairment please feel free to reach out to us at guinnessgifts@diageo.com in advance of your arrival and we will be more than happy to assist.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    • HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN/EXCHANGE?

      • You can email guinnessgifts@diageo.com to request a return. If you ordered through our website, please keep your return label addressed to Guinness Storehouse for ease of arrangement.
    • HOW LONG IS THE RETURN POLICY?

      • Our return policy is 30 days.
      • During the Christmas period, our return policy lasts for 2 months. *Please note that we cannot guarantee we will have all the same stock due to sales and high demand during Christmas.

    • DO YOU OFFER STUDENT DISCOUNT?

      • We do not offer student discount.
    • HOW DOES THE 10% SIGN UP DISCOUNT WORK?

      • The 10% discount code is redeemable when you sign up to our mailing list on https://shop.guinness-storehouse.com/.
      • Once you sign up you will receive a welcome email which will include your unique discount code.
      • This 10% discount code is only available to use online on select products. 
      • The discount does not apply to alcohol, experiences/tours or in conjunction with any other discounts.
      • The 10% discount is not redeemable in-store. Order online and use your unique discount code at checkout.
    • HOW CAN I USE MY 10% BIRTHDAY DISCOUNT?

      • If you have received a unique 10% discount code through email for your birthday, this is available to use on https://shop.guinness-storehouse.com/.
      • This 10% discount code is only available to use online on select products at https://shop.guinness-storehouse.com/.
      • The 10% discount is not redeemable in-store. Order online, use your unique discount code at checkout, choose Click & Collect, and pick up in store. *Shipping is only available within the Island of Ireland.

    • DO YOU OFFER HEALTH CARE WORKER DISCOUNT?

      • Our health care worker discount is no longer available.
      • WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF CHARACTERS I CAN ENGRAVE?

        • The maximum amount of characters we can engrave is 30. This gives approximately 2 lines.
