Long before steel tanks and digital gauges, the heartbeat of the brewery moved on four hooves. Guinness horses, with names as powerful as their presence—Thunder & Lightning, Pride & Prejudice—carried our stout across Dublin, guided by draymen and held steady by harnesses stitched on site at St James’s Gate.
