COLLECTION IN STORE POLICY

Estimate time for collection
The majority of our click-and-collect orders are ready to collect in 24hrs. However, this is not guaranteed, especially, during busy times like Christmas and St. Patrick's week.

How to order click & collect
Simply add the items to your shopping cart, choose Click & Collect as a delivery method, and proceed to checkout as normal.

GET CONFIRMATION
You will be sent a Ready to Collect email to confirm your order is ready for collection. Without a confirmation email, you will not be able to collect the order.

How to collect
The person collecting the order must bring the order confirmation email and show it at the front door to gain access to the store.

Where to Collect
You can collect your order at the Engraving Station in the Retail Store on the Ground Floor.

Access to free Parking
Visitor car park is 4 minutes walking distance from the Guinness Storehouse.

Wheelchair Access
There is access to our wheelchair entrance. Just ask a member of the team at the main entrance. Once inside there is access to an elevator or escalator to the Ground Floor. In the Retail Store there is elevator access to the Engraving Point on the Mezzanine Floor.
